My Take - It's possibly the Authorities' realization of the huge impact of the Youth culture has become today. Although it may not be the an easy "assignment" to dress in camou-prints / wrist bands / sneakers and dancin to the latest Hiphop tunes for a dozen MPs, lets give them some encouragement for their efforts. The painful fact is that the job scope of our MPs are ever-changing, and how challenging it is to keep up with the Pop (Popular) Culture.
