Reason being - Creative has won its' lawsuit against Apple for the infringment of one of their patents. The patent involves the technology for navigating songs on the iPod.
Steve Jobs (Apple CEO) : "Creative is very fortunate... ..."
Sim Wong Hoo (Creative) : " ... ... the settlement is an amicable one"
well anyway, it's Singapore vs US, 1-0 .
